Kiton offers a complimentary return service within 14 days of delivery for all unworn and unaltered items. Our commitment to excellence ensures that every return is handled with the same artisanal care as our tailoring.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account or access the guest order portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags, authenticity cards, and protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Courier Collection

  Schedule a complimentary collection with our designated courier service or drop off the package at an authorized location for secure transit back to Italy.
